Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

For prepaid orders, ensure that all billing and shipping information is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable GST unless mentioned otherwise.

We accept payments via secure payment gateways for prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within Kerala with specific charges (?44 for soaps, ?79 for other products).

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
