1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered, unless it is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If your order arrives in a damaged condition or you receive the wrong product:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp with clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the outer packaging.

After reviewing the claim, we will offer a replacement or credit for a future purchase, depending on stock availability.

No claims will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.

3. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders once processed and dispatched cannot be cancelled, as our products are made in small batches and packed carefully to ensure quality.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on:

Soaps (used or unused)

Oils and serums

Herbal powders

Any product opened or used

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. Only store credit or product replacement is applicable if your claim is approved.
